One of the most beautiful castles I have ever seen.
You could also say that Michael Angelo asked all of his employees to design and build one of the many towers themselves; the roof is so diverse, not to mention that it is surrounded by a very, very beautiful park.

The Château de Chambord is the largest of all the castles on the Loire.

It is a superlative castle with a length of 156 meters, a width of 117 meters, 440 rooms, 800 capitals, 365 chimneys, 84 staircases and a 5,500 hectare park surrounded by a 35-kilometer-long wall.

The park is open to the public on four hiking trails. The rest is a presidential hunting ground.

The Château de Chambord has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Leonardo da Vinci's involvement in the construction of the castle is certain. He is also credited with the magnificent 8-meter-wide spiral staircase made up of two interlocking spirals. A true marvel on which two people can walk up and down at the same time without hitting each other. It is the pivotal point of the castle complex.

The central spiral staircase leads to the roof landscape. The chimneys, dormer windows, towers and turrets are impressive. From here you can enjoy the view of the wide lawns, the castle courtyard and the surrounding forests.
