In 1925 the Thalersee was the largest "beach" in Styria. Today you can pass the time with walking, boating and good food in the restaurant right on the lake! Even full moon boating is offered here.

The Thalersee is an artificial lake not far from the Styrian capital of Graz. It is a popular excursion destination: you can paddle here in summer and put on your ice skates in winter. There is also a restaurant right on the lake shore for a relaxing break with the best view of the water.
