Schloßstraße is the main connection between Gundelsheim's old town below and Horneck Castle, which towers above the old town. However, the driveway up to the castle is very steep. Due to the slippery cobblestone pavement on the way from the castle to the old town, special care is required, especially when it is wet, otherwise it can quickly become dangerous.
