The chapel at the foot of the castle hill, in the middle of a group of picturesque half-timbered houses, probably dates from the second half of the 17th century. It is a plastered, single-nave quarry stone building with a three-sided choir closure, 8.75 meters long and 3.70 meters wide.
The chapel is equipped with a simple baroque wooden altar. This has a height of 3.25 meters. In the middle niche there is a 0.75 meter tall wooden figure of the Mother of God with her child.
