Every (racing) cyclist sees the steep ramps as a big challenge, regardless of whether they are riding an e-bike or a normal organic bike. Anyone who has managed the climb without having to descend will arrive at the top of the Riedberg Pass with a big grin on their face. There are narrower streets where drivers can't pass at all, so the Riedbergpassstrasse feels like a "motorway". Greetings from an enthusiastic cyclist.
