ハイキング
The Hohe Metze Nature Reserve can be reached via a hiking trail between Scheßlitz and Roschlaub. The trail begins gently, then becomes steeper. A good 200 meters of elevation gain must be overcome to reach the Hohe Metze. The view that awaits hikers at the top of the 523-meter-high mountain is magnificent. Benches are available for resting.

The beautiful nature and the beautiful view from the Hohe Metze are great. Of course, the surrounding trails are definitely a lot of fun

The Hohe Matze offers in addition to the vision also a nice rest area with bench. Many tours of the Frankenweg and the Main-Danube-way lead along the ridge.
