    For me one of the most beautiful lakes ever.
    The water is clean, the location is pure idyll and the area is well maintained!
    And it's open all year round.
    the pubs with a water temperature of 6 - 8 degrees, sometimes as a break from cycling.
    and as it should be at Kneip, wet your warm cycling shorts and go on.

      Beautiful bathing lake near Brieselang between L202 and the railway line of the western Berlin outer ring.
      Former sand and gravel quarry.
      Nice water, various swimming spots.

          Today's Nymphensee was created by excavating soil from 1913 for road construction as a pond with an area of more than 1 ha. 1977 to 1980 large quantities of gravel were dredged out of the pond for the expansion of the motorway to Rostock, which was enlarged to approx. 15 ha. The Nymphensee Brieselang is one of the cleanest lakes in the state of Brandenburg.

              Finally, I went there spontaneously today. It was okay for a small lake. There's also a nudist area.

              Since I didn't swim, I can't comment on the water quality. It looked clear, though.

              Unfortunately, there were also broken glass by the water, like dog poop.
