Here it crosses the main line Berlin-Cottbus in the district town of Lübben and reaches the Luckau-Uckro train station via Luckau, where it reaches the main line Berlin-Dresden. The route continues through the Fläming range to Herzberg (Elster), crosses the Schwarze Elster and ends in Falkenberg. Railway traffic began on the Luckau-Uckro section on December 20, 1897.
