In the former Benedictine abbey there is now a museum where you can see exhibitions related to the art and cultural history of the region.

The museum is open from Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 to 5 p.m. It is closed on Mondays and public holidays. Admission is free.

The Liesborn Abbey is very centrally located in Liesborn. The abbey offers a very good religious center with the church, the parish, the museum and the sculptures and memorials. Simply worth seeing and impressive.

Liesborn Abbey is a feast for the eyes along the way. The building is in very good condition and the small park looks very neat. There are benches in the shade that invite you to linger.
