Well, the way is not so great or I have not found the trail. Yes it is (in part) a path, but that somehow you can now go down somewhere and enjoy curves was somehow not given.
Unfortunately, the path was almost impracticable, because of the forestry workers (or the hunters?) Many branches and small trees have been cleared by the Baumfällarbeiten on the way. Also extremely muddy (as of: 19.11.16)

I can only speak for the western part: "Trailich" and certainly one of the most interesting sections in the area. Before you go back on the forest path in the south, you can shortly before right over the hill (see picture) on a short trail that runs parallel to the forest path.
