Here, too, you will find one of those strangely shaped rock castles that are so often found in the Fichtel Mountains. A staircase leads to the highest of these, which on clear days offers a dramatic view all the way to Lake Weißenstadt.

There was once a hilltop castle on the 866-meter-high Rudolfstein, a protected natural monument. Today it is another great vantage point for day-trippers and high-altitude hikers.
The most famous rock formation on the Rudolfstein is the so-called "Three Brothers", a group of granite towers which can be found a little way south of the actual Rudolfstein.
