OLDENBURGER SCHWAN BECOMES "OLS GASTBRAUHAUS"

There is news from the gastronomy of Oldenburg. The former restaurant “Der Schwan” will become the “OLs Gastbrauhaus” in the near future. The Wildeshausener beverage company Nordmann has leased the property and would like to bring the Oldenburg beer to the people in a more targeted way with the planned brewery. 20 taps are planned, from which refreshing draft beer specialties will soon flow. At least 30 to 40 bottled beers should also be offered. Gastroprojekt Thomas Hinsche GmbH is behind the planning and furnishing of the planned brewery inn. There is not yet a specific date for the new opening. However, the outdoor catering should be operated from the pavilion in the next week, at the latest by Ascension Day. A great beer garden awaits you with drinks and a small snack.
