The crowning glory of the Mullardoch Munros, Sgùrr na Lapaich is a gloriously rugged peak. At 3,773 feet (1,150 m), there's no mountain higher than this in the UK to the north, though you only have to go a little way south to Càrn Eige to find a higher peak. Lapaich is often ascended as part of the traverse of the four Munros north of Loch Mullardoch. For a shorter outing, you can ascend or descend its south ridge via subsidiary Sgùrr nan Clachan Geala.
