There are impressive buildings to see, including the Luther House, which has been largely preserved in its original state since the Reformation. Many events and special city tours take place there. 2017 marked the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. UNESCO World Heritage sites include the Castle Church, the Luther House, the St. Mary's Church, and the Melanchthon House.
