Facheca [faˈtʃeka]) (in Valencian Fageca [faˈdʒeka]) lies at the eastern exit of the Valle de Seta, between the mountains of Alfaro (a geologically old mountain range) and Serella (a geologically young mountain range), the highest elevations of which are Matxos mountain at 889 m and the Pla de la Casa, at an altitude of 1378 m. There is still an old snow cellar up there (nevero).
At the moment there are still 100 inhabitants here and at the beginning of 1900 there were still around 400.
