Unfortunately, the Katherweg is no longer accessible by mountain bike. There are a lot of trees on the way at short intervals. In addition, the path is overgrown in places.

Currently on June 9th, 2021 the path is still not passable. Bicycle has to be lifted over several tree trunks. Sometimes very bad even on foot. Not recommended going downhill.
