Chebika located in a narrow and deep gorge hides a wonderful and fairytale landscape. Among the sand-colored rocky mountains suddenly emerge a group of palm trees that lead through small and winding paths to a cascade of water that forms small lakes. The ancient village of Chebika is now partially destroyed and was abandoned in the late 1960s following a violent flood that brought Tunisia to its knees for many months.
