The Plough at Cadsden is a great pitstop right across the trails. Doggy friendly (you have to keep your four legged child barside). There are overshoes at the door to cover your muddy boots or you can take them off and walk around in your socks as many people do there. Doggy bags/treats are for sale, but my humans talked to the landlord and got me some nice offcuts of different meats, it was a quality meal. Great human food, Sunday roast is grand. One of my humans is a bit picky, asked a burger without the bun, no potatoes, haloumni fries instead with seasonal veggies, the staff were really flexible. He really cut back on carbs with that order so I ordered him some nice wine to keep his bloodsugar steady for the rest of the walk. Noticed a picture on the wall with David Cameron drinking there with the Chinese Premier, he used to be a regular here. You remember the story when after a family dinner he forgot his daughter at a pub? This is that pub!!! Food is served between 12.00
