The quarry lake in Raunheim is surrounded by forest on all sides, which makes it particularly beautiful. In summer you can also swim on a large sandy beach. The water skiing facility provides more action on the water. There is always something going on at Raunheim Lake and a trip is definitely worth it.
The beach is open from mid-May to mid-September, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays it opens at 8 a.m. Admission costs 2.50 euros for adults and 1.20 euros for children.

Meanwhile the costs are very very high, for swimming 8€ (children 4,-), for parking 5€, please look at the prices via Google Maps, a good alternative is the Russelheimer Waldsee, which costs 2.50€ and parking is free, plus the water is also filtered here 👍

The tour leads directly past the forest lake, but this is no longer possible because the lake would be completely fenced off. Therefore follow the Aschaffenburger Straße directly. Currently you can only visit the lake by making an appointment.
