The Museum of the Future is a unique initiative by S.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who deals with the future of science, technology and innovation and will be based near the Burj Khalifa. The museum will not only be an important tourist destination, but will also offer advanced courses and special workshops as well as public lectures and events. It aims to provide a platform to demonstrate and test the latest inventions and prototypes of young and upcoming start-ups and the world's technology giants. It also houses innovation facilities and design studios with universities, companies and research partners. Opening is planned for September 2020.

Located on the city's most famous highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, the Museum of the Future (MOTF) is one of Dubai's most famous attractions. Established by the Dubai Future Foundation and opening on February 22, 2022, the museum explores how society could develop using science and technology in the coming decades.

This "living museum" combines elements of traditional exhibitions, immersive theater and themed attractions, allowing visitors to gain insight into the endless possibilities of the future. It also promotes a global mind movement and acts as a hub for the Great Arab Minds initiative, which aims to identify 1,000 exceptional Arab talents in various key areas.
