Renaissance house built in 1574, the House in Tourelle is one of the jewels of Baumoise architecture. It catches the eye with this corbelled tower on its lower part of the Latin inscriptions: "Let this house stand until the ant finishes drinking the waves of the sea and the turtle to travel the earth", " Times change and we with them ".
As for the lintel of the door of the house, a Latin inscription appears there "Peace to this house".

there are beautiful houses in Baumes-les-Dames, you just have to visit the older part of town. There are also authentic cafes there.
