Round asphalted bike path. At the southern tip too, though not on map. Lookout tower on the Diocese level, free of charge. North and east large beach areas. Restaurant and beer garden directly at the harbor and further on the east bank. 3Km bike path to the Markkleberger See.

Absolutely beautiful lake, which offers many opportunities to recover and keep fit. Many beautiful beaches and bays for swimming, near the shore on the west side more nature and great trails for bikers or the more than 10km long bike path for cyclists and inliners make the lake a major attraction. For the physical well-being is provided in the areas Oststrand and Nordstrand.
