Everything is rideable or can be avoided. However, the route is quite confusing during the rapid descent. Otherwise, it's more of a freeride+downhill mix.

You can't even remember this long route when trail walking.
You want to stay in the flow during the descent!

So please - dear Wurmberg team - put up better and more visible signage! After all, the entrance fees are hefty!
