カステルジャルーのノートルダム・デ・ラッソンプション教会は、街の中心部にあるかつてのカレッジ教会です。15世紀に建てられた最初のゴシック様式の教会には、当時カノンたちの章がありました。1568年に宗教戦争中に破壊された後、1680年代から元の基礎と同一の計画に基づいて再建され、1763年に完成しました。 19世紀に何度か修復されたこの教会は、珍しい特徴を持っています。共和国のモットー「自由、平等、友愛」がそのペディメントに刻まれており、1899年に一部国家によって資金提供された工事中に追加されました。この建物は1998年から歴史的建造物として登録されています。
