Brand new road from Speloncato up here. Runs. And huge parking lot as a starting point for tours. Unfortunately, the A Merendella restaurant was closed in the afternoon in June.

Was there in June 2022 and the road on the north side is now a pothole. Lots of sand and gravel, especially in the curves, made the descent a very unpleasant experience. Nevertheless, the view of the sea is sensational. It helps to plan the route so that you go uphill on the north side and then down on the south side.

You cycle long inland and gradually climb the pass. The panorama here at 1099m is outstanding. A break in the mountain hut with the magnificent view pays for the climb and strengthens for the descent.

Beautiful varied hike with great views of the mountains and the coast. Small climbing passages (manual use). The path always follows the orange colored mark. It is still a few meters higher. From there you should have a great all-round view. The record is not quite right. We were traveling with picnic and photo stops about 3.5 hours. Stop at the pass / parking possible (not tested).
