The old watermill stopped its original function after the occupation by the Germans in the First World War in 1919. Now it is a beautiful home next to a small waterfall.

After a visit to the Grande-Chartreuse in the Dauphiné, Odo, abbot of the Abbaye Saint-Remi in Reims, founded the first Carthusian monastery in France in 1132. The work has retained its appearance of the time, despite restorations in the 18th and 19th centuries. Inside, there are three altars and a remarkable baptismal font made up of a carved Givet stone tank.

You can also enjoy the natural beauty of the forest, where you may encounter wildlife such as deer, foxes or birds. The Chartreuse du Mont-Dieu is an ideal destination for a quiet and relaxing hike.

The European Beer Museum in Stenay is a must for any beer lover. Over 50,000 exhibits have been brought together here and lavishly presented in the city's former citadel. The museum also has a garden that is open to the public and a bar where you can not only taste a wide variety of beers.
