Campsite on the lake in the middle of the Kraichgau. With a direct location on the lake, the campsite is open to mobile homes, tents and caravans. The campsite is conveniently located north of Bruchsal between the cities of Heidelberg and Karlsruhe. Of the 350 plots, 40 are reserved for short-term campers in the entrance area of the campsite. Short paths lead from the approx. 20 to 45 square meter plots to all important facilities and to the more than 40 hectare bathing lake. This was created by gravel mining. Flat shore areas and excellent water quality invite you to swim, surf and sail. Streetball court, skater area, beach volleyball courts, children's playgrounds, table tennis tables and the long bathing beach provide fun and games. Our guests enjoy relaxing under shady trees on the large lawn or on the benches. The entire complex is harmoniously integrated into the landscape.

The Hardtsee is located in Sendenhorst in the immediate vicinity of the "Waldmutter" restaurant and is a popular fishing pond for the local fishing club.

You have to get off your bike and walk a few meters to take photos of the pond. In my opinion it was worth it. By the way, none of the ponds are open to the public

The Hotel Waldmutter restaurant is located on the outskirts of Sendenhorst and is very tasty and inviting. With plenty of parking spaces, storage for bicycles and scooters. You can also eat very good and fresh fish 🐟 there, straight from the surrounding ponds.
