On the Tönsberg stands the famous windmill stump "Kumsttonne," a landmark of Oerlinghausen that is reminiscent of a large cooking vessel. With a wonderful view in good weather and access via the "Stairway to Heaven," it is ideal for walks and as a starting point for other sights such as the Tönskapelle and the Archaeological Open Air Museum.
