It looks absolutely hyggelig, and our lovely landlady highly recommended it. Unfortunately, after a rainy, dreamy hike through the Ravinstalen Gorge 🍀🥾🤩🥰, we were too wet to stop for a break 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's really nice. Delicious cakes, a self-service bakery, and high-quality souvenirs. Definitely plan a stop.

Lotta's Bakery

The sculptures on display change regularly, or annually. Therefore, don't rely on the photos published on Komoot, as these sculptures will likely no longer be there next year, and other sculptures will be on display. Our expectations were set by pictures of Ai Wei Wei's exhibits, and we searched in vain for them. It's best to check the park's website, pilane.org, for information about the current exhibition in advance.

I came here quite by chance, as you can see the white head of "Anna" from a long way away. The park can also be cycled with a gravel bike or mountain bike, if you are willing to carry the bike up several flights of stairs and don't "have to" ride off every sculpture. The best way is to cycle up to the head and have a wonderful view over the hilly landscape all the way to the sea.
