ラッリ像は、フィンランドの彫刻家アイモ・トゥキアイネンによる1989年のブロンズ彫刻です。記念碑はフィンランドのサキュラ（旧キュリョー）町の地区であるケポラにあります。

The ground floor served as a police station, the upper floor was reserved for the city administration. The old town hall has served as a museum since 1902. There are only two 18th-century town halls left in Finland, one in Rauma and the other in Porvoo.
