Such great cycle paths can actually only be found in the Netherlands, so this cycle path is also excellently developed. It goes right through the dunes with great views and beautiful nature with heather, pines and oaks. Great nature reserve

Wonderful natural landscape with excellent cycling and hiking trails. The size of the entire nature reserve is surprisingly large and always offers a reason to marvel and enjoy. Super beautiful when the heathland is in bloom

The artists' village is located less than 10 kilometers north of Alkmaar on the edge of the North Holland dune reserve. When you drive into the village you immediately realize that it is not a normal holiday resort. Shady avenues, beautiful thatched villas and a cozy center with small cafes, good restaurants and the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands.
