Worth seeing, wonderful, great route

Lake beautifully embedded in the surrounding landscape.

The small town, which belongs to the municipality of Frensdorf, has a really homely feel to it, with some of the beautiful houses.

A horror story is the background of the chapel... Short version: a farmer's wife got septuplets - she gave six of them to her maid so that she should drown them. The farmer found out and, without the farmer's wife knowing, gave the six children up for adoption in the surrounding villages. At First Communion a few years later, the farmer invited the other children to the celebration and at the feast asked them what to do with a woman who wanted to kill her own children. The woman said that a mother like that should be burned... with that she spoke her own verdict and was executed as well. This is where the Anna Chapel was built.
