Original telephone booth with a royal mailbox next to it. You can only find something like this here. On my further tour, I saw many such telephone booths, which now serve as defibrillator stations. A practical idea.

Lemons Hill Bridge carries the road across the northern end of Alton water reservoir. It links the two parts of Tattingstone village.

Kersey is a small, yet charming village in Suffolk, known for the famous "kersey cloth", its picturesque streets and colourful homes.

Lovely former railway, now a walking and cycling path that gently rises towards Raydon for about 4km. Can get a bit boggy in places after heavy rain.

The best view of the upper part of Alton Water. A wide, fast descent to the bridge from either direction with a short climb out.
