On the Schaffhausen side, there are two kilometers of gravel road, but it's easy to ride on a road bike. The gravel also has a fairly flat gradient, so going downhill isn't a problem either.

The wide Klettgau valley is wonderful to cycle on this quiet, flat cycle path.

Nice cycleway following along the Wutach river and always surrounded by fields and forests. The cycleway has no traffic with the exception of when passing through the smaller villages. The cycleway is very suitable for a road bike.

The cycleway from Stühlingen to Lauchringen winds along the Wutach river changing between fields and forests. The pavement for the most part is good but there are sometimes rough spots but nothing dramatic.
