Beautiful little harbour located in the seaside village of Cushendun. The Mary McBrides across the road from here sells delicious food and real ales. There is also a café and convenience store nearby where you can pick up some snacks and take a respite on the sandy shore nearby.

For cycling, the round is actually a nightmare. Extremely steep climbs alternate in rapid succession with extremely steep descents. But on the credit side are beautiful views, z. T. to Scotland. And the traffic is also very manageable. Assuming good shape, this route is highly recommended.
