ニュータウン・スチュワート・ストーン・ブリッジは、6つの特徴的なアーチでムーン川を渡る、エレガントな18世紀の記念碑です。この頑丈な石造りの構造は、南へのルートの重要な結節点であるだけでなく、地域で最も美しい写真撮影スポットの1つでもあり、せせらぎの水と近くのスチュワート城の絵のように美しい景色を眺めることができます。

Newtownstewart is a historic village with Baronscourt Castle as a notable attraction. Nestled in the scenic Sperrin Mountains, it offers outdoor activities like hiking and boasts a heritage-rich atmosphere with well-preserved architecture.

Gortin Glen Forest Park is full of good trails and beautiful trees. There is a 5 mile scenic forest drive which is signposted and takes in all of the best views. With waterfalls, resident sika deer and a cafe at the centre of the park it makes an ideal detour from the road.

Newtownstewart Bridge spans the Strule River on its way north to meet Fairy Water and Owenkillew.

Omagh is the county town of County Tyrone which plays host to a number of festivals and events throughout the year. A market town, there are plenty of places to stop to eat or drink and you can't fail to notice the twin spires of Sacred Heart Church.

This is a round trip hike to the summit of Mullaghcarn. Once at the top you are rewarded with views of the Sperrin Mountains.
