This is a beautiful pristine woodland and a prime time mountain biking area with a multitude of trails. If you are in the habit of running with your music on be wary of the bikers.

New Wavendon Heath is situated at the southern end of Aspley Wood. The woods are filled with beautiful towering trees and have a number of interconnected trails that run through every corner. The woods are a popular destination for mountain bikers, so be mindful of your step.

A shallow bike pump track suitable for beginners. No permit is required making it accessible to all.

This is the red MTB trail at Woburn; you'll find the easier blue trail on the other side of Sandy Lane. You'll either need a day pass (about £5) or a membership to ride here. Woburn Bike Trails are the work of the volunteer group in Aspley Woods not far from Milton Keynes. Here you'll find a blue and red trail, as well as some great jumps. You'll either need a day pass or a membership to ride here. Why not get involved with one of the regular dig days? A hidden gem for mountain bikers and gravel riders. A big playground of steep drops, ramps and big berms. Be respectful of the dog walkers.

Great natural trails through the woods with reasonably easy to follow signage. Red graded but not super gnarly, all info can be found online by searching Woburn Bike Park.
