A very impressive wooden sculpture

Beautiful wooden figures. Each figure has a legend associated with it.

A beautifully carved wooden sculpture depicting Aknoba has stood here since 2023. Aknoba is a Celtic deity of forests and rivers in the Black Forest.

The chapel originally stood next to a farm in Ravenna that burned down in 2007 and was then transplanted here. A local initiative funded the complex project. A truly inspiring place.

The chapel is correctly called “Maria im Moos”.

Beautifully crafted wooden sculpture. Located directly in front of the entrance to the raised moor.

The Celtic word abonā, meaning "river," is considered by researchers to be a possible origin of the name of the goddess Abnoba."
