Just beside John o' Gaunt pub - if you are so inclined.

Lovely place to stop for a coffee and a home cooked scone. Sat outside in a the sun. It’s just opposite the pub in Chilbolton

This lovely crossing over the River Test takes you through beautiful countryside. There are several interlinking rivers in the area, so you can expect to cross a few more along the way.

Lovely if the wind is on your bum. Good warm up before Farley mount rollercoaster 😂

One of the best little roads whichever direction it’s ridden. Watch out for traffic bombing the other way though.

Overwhelmingly beautiful architecture especially the interior. Note that there is a charge to go in, but you can get a sense of the interior my walking in the doorway a meter or two (before going through to purchase ticket). You can donate (as we did) should you wish to. Nov/Dec one of the best Christmas markets in the UK is held here on the grounds . Highly recommend
