Even if the elevator sometimes does not run. There are only 11 floors. The view is rewarding. And: You can open the windows to take pictures. But please ask beforehand!

The entrance of the building is a bit hidden and inconspicuous in an alley near the pedestrian area. On the 11th floor you can pay without entrance, so you also have a great view from the staircase. The small exhibition on the 11th floor is worth seeing and costs 4.50 euros.

A real insider tip! Wonderful view also on the Turkish part. Costs 2.50 euros entrance and unfortunately only until 17 clock open (as of January 2019). It is definitely worth it
