A walk along the river is always lovely. What I loved most was the color of the water and the lush green of the meadows. And of course, the mountains in the background – simply breathtaking! 👌

Those who stay overnight here will get the best food on the entire Lasörling High Trail. ;)

Our group ate here every evening. The food was delicious 😋 and the staff was very friendly. Even though we were seated longer, they were still friendly. 🥰 On the last evening, we were given another round of apricots, even though we were very loud. A typical Palatinate dish 🙈

Again and again, beautiful views of the Isel Gorge and the mighty roar of the river make us stop again and again.

The ideal parking space also suitable for multi-day trips.

The best strudel I've ever eaten in the area, six out of five stars! The refuge is easily accessible and very nice, reasonable prices, friendly staff. The Schlipkrapfen are also very good!
