A walk along the river is always lovely. What I loved most was the color of the water and the lush green of the meadows. And of course, the mountains in the background – simply breathtaking! 👌

We lived at the end of the valley, right next to the rushing Isel, wonderful

Our group ate here every evening. The food was delicious 😋 and the staff was very friendly. Even though we were seated longer, they were still friendly. 🥰 On the last evening, we were given another round of apricots, even though we were very loud. A typical Palatinate dish 🙈

The pilgrimage church is visible early on from our hiking trail. A magnificent view over Obermauern.

The inn is in the middle of Hinterbichl. We were often guests and the food can only be recommended. Very tasty at fair prices.

Nice little town. We were there at the Bergkristall campsite. It is highly recommended.
