When visiting Vann Garden, be sure to explore the Yew Walk, a serene pathway enclosed by towering yew hedges planted in 1909. This area was originally designed as a rose garden but has since been replanted with foliage plants to provide year-round interest. Lovely pub in great village location. Lots of parking at a cross roads of major cycle routes. So a great place to start and defintely end with a nice well deserved cold beer

Open from 9am to 4.30pm every day, with bike parking right out front of the picnic tables. On an old dairy farm, with a good selection of hot and cold sandwiches, cakes and coffees. There are proper toilets here!
