There's little traffic and an easy climb. In good weather, there are fantastic views. You can really let it rip on the descent.

Don't be fooled by the start of this tour: Over a distance of approximately 4.5 kilometers, the trail to the Griesner Alm covers an elevation gain of around 280 meters, with gradients of up to 14 percent toward the end. The narrow, paved road leads through the wildly romantic Kaiserbach Valley – surrounded by the rugged cliffs of the Wilder Kaiser. This quickly makes any effort disappear.

A beautiful climb up the Steinplatte, which is quite challenging, with an average gradient of 12.4 percent and over 20 percent on the steepest 100 meters. Definitely a challenge that's worth it!
