The flag is a popular destination for excursions by bike. The last stretch is quite steep, but it's worth the look. When it's not too hot, it's nice to just keep driving into the mountains. All hilly and with many paths, not all of which are listed.

Settlement of the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR. Interesting because there are no villas here, just prefabricated buildings with better ceilings. Also, the air is good up here and the river is loud and powerful.

In the park it's nice and cool in summer, people are sitting between the trees. in the middle there is an avenue with some memorial plaques.
