Nice view down the wide, sandy beach but the last part of the approach is very steep and there's no barrier at the bottom so caution needed.

Impressive country house, run by the National Trust but the driveway through the grounds is open to cyclists without charge.

Well worth seeing! Extensive parkland with marked hiking trails, a walled garden with many flowering plants and a dovecote and of course the manor house with its exquisite furnishings of valuable paintings and furniture. The property is managed by the National Trust.

The cliffs here are a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). On the beach below the fossilised skeleton of a Skeppe Mammoth was found in 1990 so keep watch for interesting finds. Please keep away from the cliff edges though as there is a risk of cliff falls. There is a cafe here at West Runton Beach as pubic toilets.

Cromer has a very 'english' seafront, with a victorian pier, esplanade and backed by grand victorian buildings. Both beaches are blue flag and there are plenty of places to eat and drink should you need to fuel before or after your run.

One of the nicest beaches on the North Norfolk coastline, halfway between Sheringham and Cromer it is often overlooked, however it tends to be a bit quieter because of this.

The best view from Mundesley is just out of the village on the coast rode towards Bacton by the entrance to the lifeboat. Here you are on top of the cliffs and can see for miles.

Great stop for a coffee and cake. A nice through road as well for bikes (including road ones) so no need to go back on yourself

3月 26, 2020, St Margaret's Church, Felbrigg
This stunning medieval church can be found in a peaceful rural setting, just outside the village of Felbrigg. Built from flint with stone and brick dressings in the 13th century, the tower was added in 1410. Interestingly, after an outbreak of the plague in the 16th century, the village was rebuilt in a new location to the northeast, leaving the church in its current position. St Margaret's is Grade II-listed.

With colorful beach huts and a long stretch of sandy beach, Mundesley seafront is a lovely place to visit. The village grew during the Victorian era after the opening of a railway (which has since gone) when affluent holidaymakers would flock to the village for its fresh sea breeze. Today, the village is still a popular seaside resort and has various holiday chalets, hotels and caravan parks. It also has a popular golf course which was designed by Harry Vardon.

Felbrigg Hall is a stunning 17th-century country house known for its Jacobean architecture and Georgian interior. Set amongst acres of woodland and orchards, the grounds are also a lovely place to explore. The estate originally belonged to the Felbrigg family before passing to John Wyndham's family who owned the house for centuries before it was given to the National Trust. Robery Wyndham Ketton-Cremer, who left the estate to the National Trust, was the author of a number of books on the estate and Norfolk. During winter, the parkland is open from dawn to dusk but the house is closed, tickets cost £7.85. Tickets to the full estate in summer cost £12.40. A pier has existed in some form in Cromer since 1391. After various wooden piers were washed away or destroyed by the sea, an iron pier was constructed by Douglass and Arnott, opening in 1901. However, gales and storms continued to plague the pier throughout its history. In February 2012, a large project was announced to improve its sea defences. Today, the pier puts on great shows at its theater and has a restaurant bar. You should check the tide times before you visit. You can find more information, here: https://www.cromerpier.co.uk/

Cromer Pier is a Grade II-listed seaside pier that is one of only five UK seaside piers with a theatre. Boasting the best crab fishing in Norfolk, food and drink, activities, and lots of golden beach, it is a great place to spend some time.
