Walcott has a lovely sand beach .Very enjoyable first thing. Lovely fish and chip shop. With gift shop which is also an off licence. Nice part of the norfolk coast.

You get the best view of it as you descend towards town from the west along the main Runton Road.

A pretty busy main road but the best way to get between Cromer and Sheringham if you won't want to have to climb Beacon Hill.

There is a car park here, which is managed by the National Trust. There are lovely hiking trails all around through the Broads and to the North Sea coast. You can see several colonies of seals on the coast.
