The neo-Gothic church of St. Peter was built between 1888 and 1890 by cathedral master builder Reinhold Wirtz from Trier. It stands on the site of the former castle and was restored in 1976. The old castle gate can still be seen right next to the church.

Yes, a tunnel view on the former railway line - great route. It's better than on the Luxembourg side.
