The national tramway museum. From outside it looked like a very nice tourist attraction with fully working trams. Dogs are welcome.

At time of this ride (late November 2023) the cafe was shut due to flood damage and didn't look likely to reopen soon

A beast of a climb. After leaving the busy A6 the road ramps up as it passes by parked cars and houses, before deviating left up Hindersitch lane - a joyous, narrow and steep old lane that weaves an intimidating route to the top of the hill between cottages. This climb goes on and on - keep some energy in reserve as the top doesn't level out for a long time. Views from the top are spectacular, and there are excellent options for descent back down to cash in all that elevation gain!
