ok but can get a bit busy

Graffiti at its finest in the pedestrian underpass 300 m below Waterloo station. The smell of varnish and paint is in the air. Works of art in transition... New things are created, old things are painted over. Although graffiti is officially banned, art is allowed to develop freely here and is officially encouraged.
